Repairs are required to the pinnacles on the iconic bell tower. Victorian iron braces have rusted and split the stonework making it unsafe. Additionally, there is erosion and pollution to the Ham stone of the West Porch requiring masonry repairs. Masonry repairs are required to the Rose Window and blind balustrading on the first floor. Masonry repairs are needed to the windows of the ringing chamber (Second Floor) Masonry repairs are needed to Clock pediment and finials and redecoration of the clock face. Masonry repairs are needed to the windows of the bell chamber (louvres). The pinnacles and parapet masonry is heavily eroded with open joints and fallen pieces of masonry on the tower roof.
