Gillian Ahlgren is a church historian, international writer, retreat giver and author on the mystical prayer of St Teresa of Avila, St Francis, St Julian of Norwich to name but a few! Her talks and retreats relate the wisdom and contemplative insights of these saints to life in the twenty-first century. Gillian has an amazing ability to share her knowledge of the contemplative tradition in a way that totally relates to our everyday experiences and how that informs our approach to prayer and daily life.
