Dementia and Memory Support in Devon

The Ness Care Group runs dementia and memory support hubs in Exmouth, Teignmouth and Chudleigh.

The hubs provide NHS-recognised, specialist therapies and practical support for people living with memory loss, alongside a warm, welcoming space for carers. It’s a place where people can feel brighter, more confident and connected.
