A plea from our Team church, St Nectan's: Ashcombe Village Church.
To continue restoring this Grade I Listed church we need lots of people and help on Saturday 7th June:
1. To scrape off the old paint. Need scrapers, stepladders, dust pans and vacuum cleaners
2. Some of the churchyard wall has fallen down into the field. We need wall builders (we can get the cement if we have the skilled volunteers)
3. Possibly another group weeding the drive and cleaning up the lych gate.
PLEASE COME ALONG 9.00am -1.00pm, 7th June.
The more the merrier. Bring tools or anything you might need. Coffee and Bacon Rolls will be available too.
