The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is the main business meeting of the year where members of the congregation meet to receive reports on church activities and to elect members of the Parochial Church Council and Deanery Synod. It is, traditionally, preceded by an annual Meeting of Parishioners (or Vestry Meeting) where churchwardens are elected.
St John's APCM will be held on Sunday 24th May 2026 after the 9.30am service
If made available, reports will be available to download on this page in due course (if you would like a printed copy please contact the Mission Community Office). Any matters arising can be raised at the APCM or directly with the Churchwardens, PCC Secretary or Treasurer as appropriate.
