The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is the main business meeting of the year where members of the congregation meet to receive reports on church activities and to elect members of the Parochial Church Council and Deanery Synod. It is, traditionally, preceded by an annual Meeting of Parishioners (or Vestry Meeting) where churchwardens are elected.
The Ideford with Luton 2026 APCM will take place at 6.30pm in St Mary's church on Sunday 3rd May 2026. Luton's Annual Meeting is at 6.30pm in St John's church on Sunday 10th May 2026.
If made available, reports will be available to download on this page in due course (if you would like a printed copy please contact the Mission Community Office). Any matters arising can be raised at the APCM or directly with the Churchwardens, PCC Secretary or Treasurer as appropriate.
